Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport, where a warm Balinese welcome awaits. After meeting your local representative, enjoy a comfortable private transfer to your hotel in Hotel near Ubud. Once you check in, the rest of the day is free to unwind. You may choose to relax by the hotel pool, or treat yourself to a rejuvenating Balinese spa to shake off the travel fatigue.
Overnight at: Ubud
Discover the highlights of Ubud on a fulfilling day of culture and nature. Begin with a visit to the Sacred Monkey Forest, where ancient temples lie hidden beneath dense canopies and curious macaques roam freely. Continue to the elegant Ubud Royal Palace to admire Balinese architecture, then stroll through the lively Ubud Art Market filled with handcrafted treasures. End your tour at the lush Tegalalang Rice Terraces, where you can enjoy the Bali Swing experience overlooking the iconic stepped fields for unforgettable views and photos.

- Any airfare, domestic or international, unless mentioned in the itinerary
- Travel insurance unless explicitly mentioned in the itinerary
- Entrance fees to monuments, sightseeing spots, and attractions
- All personal expenses such as tips, laundry, phone/fax calls, alcoholic beverages, etc.
- Camera/video camera charges at monuments or any sightseeing points
- Any additional meals or services not mentioned in the inclusions
- Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like flight delays/cancellations, weather conditions, roadblocks, medical emergencies, etc.
- Any cost arising due to a change in the itinerary/stay arising from unforeseen circumstances
- Optional activities or excursions not included in the day-wise itinerary
- In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..
- The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
- Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
- In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
- We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
- The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
- The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
- While this is just an offer, all airfares, hotel tariffs are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- All quotes are valid for min 2 Pax traveling together.
- All national & International Hotels follow 12 PM or 2PM as the standard check in time and 11 AM as the check out time. Travel.Life.Freedom can only request the hotel, however the discretion remains with the hotel.
- Tour Price is subject to change with respect to any sudden increase in visa charges, airfare, taxes and/or any other cost factor that is not within our control at the time of giving this cost.
- Prices quoted are based as per the rate of exchange of Euro or USD as on date of package shared. All rates mentioned above are subject to change due to any major fluctuation in Euro or USD exchange rate. However Travel.life.freedom would absorb any changes up to Rs. 0.20 /-, any further changes would be charged.
